FAQ
Does PropSweep modify or delete my data?
No. PropSweep is completely read-only. It scans your properties and shows you the results. You decide what to clean up — in HubSpot's own property settings. We never write, update, or delete anything in your CRM.
What HubSpot plans does it work on?
All of them — Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. No special hub or add-on required.
What happens after the 6-month pass expires?
You keep the app installed and can still see your last scan results. Weekly auto-scans stop, and you return to the free tier (1 scan every 7 days, contacts only, top 5 results). If your CRM gets messy again, buy another pass. No pressure, no auto-charge.
What does "fill rate" mean?
Fill rate is the percentage of records that actually have a value for a given property. If you have 1,000 contacts and a property called "old_campaign" has a value on zero of them, its fill rate is 0% — that's a dead property you can safely archive.
How is this different from HubSpot's Data Quality Command Center?
As of early 2026, HubSpot's native Data Quality Command Center requires Operations Hub Professional (from $800/mo) and primarily covers contacts and companies. It defines "unused" as "not referenced in HubSpot tools" — which is a different question than "does any record have data in this field?" How long does a scan take?
