Data & Privacy Transparency
PropSweep is designed to be minimal and read-only. Here is exactly what data we access, what we store, and how information flows between your HubSpot portal and PropSweep.
1. What HubSpot Data PropSweep Accesses
PropSweep connects to your HubSpot portal via OAuth and accesses the following data in read-only mode:
- Property metadata — property names, internal names, field types, property groups, and creation dates across all supported CRM object types (up to 8 standard types plus custom objects on Pro)
- Aggregated record counts — PropSweep counts how many records have a value for each property to calculate fill rates
What PropSweep does NOT access
- Individual contact names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- Company details, deal amounts, or ticket content
- Any personally identifiable information (PII) from your CRM records
- Notes, emails, activities, or engagement data
- Workflow, form, or list configurations
